Robotic voice effect using a en:vocoder. This effect is often found in film and television productions. For the technically minded, the voice is modulating a 110Hz en:sawtooth wave, which is the note A two octaves below en:A440. There is also some en:reverberation and phasing added. I have a metal container that is used to collect coins. Its lid is on a hinge and when this lid is hit it bounces, making progressively quieter noises each bounce. Fun stuff. Recorded with a boss br864 digital studio and a shure mic.
